Our extra-curricular highlights

Student Representative Council (SRC)

The School Representative Council (SRC) is a group of elected student representatives who voice the opinions and ideas of their peers. This leadership opportunity empowers students to actively participate in decision-making processes, fostering a sense of responsibility and community involvement.

Debating and public speaking

Bankstown South Infants School encourages all students to participate in the annual public speaking competitions. Public speaking helps students build confidence, improve communication, think clearly, and overcome fear.

Creative and performing arts

Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.

Excursions and incursions

Technology Club

Lego Club

A popular club for all students across our school, Lego club offers opportunities for students to connect, problem solve and create.

Our students enjoy participating in a choir as it helps students improve their confidence, listening skills, and it’s a fun way to make friends and enjoy music together!

Green Team

The Green Team at Bankstown South Infants School work together to help take care of the school environment. They do activities like recycling, planting trees, and learn how to protect nature and make the school a greener, healthier place.
