Your child's birth certificate is needed to support your application.
If your application is successful additional documents will be needed to support your preschool application. Please see this link for more information - Additional Documents
Please return completed form with your child's birth certificate to the school mailbox next to the front gate or alternatively email it to
bankstowsi-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au
Please note: Department preschools enrol children for one year only, the year before they start school. Children can enrol if they turn four years of age before 31 July that year and will attend school the following year.
